We are living through a critical historical moment, at times it seems that science fiction has fallen behind in comparison to the development that technology has had. Many did not imagine that the time would come when technology would «think for us,» but that is the case. At this moment, we have arrived at a point where bots are directing public opinion and influencing political decisions worldwide, to children disconnected from their surroundings, connected to a pseudo-reality, copying what appears on social media. This is where it is. The critical moment where teachers play a crucial role… They deal with the immediacy of students, that need for stimulus and quick response, which then generates so many difficulties in tolerating frustration. Our children face challenges such as an overload of information, or misinformation. They are exposed and try to help them discern, notice that not everything that appears on the networks is real, not all are facts, most are opinions or constructed montages to attract attention. In the face of these challenges, teachers work day by day to connect with students and motivate them to dream, build their life projects, and believe in themselves.
